We at North Georgia Label specialize in the production of packaging and product labels. Our products are ideal for those in the poultry, meat and dairy, beverage and bottling, product manufacturing, and packaging industries. Other examples of our clients include private food distributors, storage and warehousing, wineries, restaurants and grocery store chains.
North Georgia Label utilizes multiple flexographic presses – the most economical method of label printing and converting. This allows us to produce very efficiently, resulting in very competitive pricing for all mid- to long-run label jobs.
Our Services
Four-color process printing and spot color printing
Using complex press machinery, top-quality inks, expert graphic designers, and highly experienced press operators, North Georgia Label prints high-quality labels to help with marketing and branding your products.
Direct thermal and thermal transfer packaging labels
Direct thermal printing uses chemically treated, heat-sensitive paper and/or synthetic materials that blacken when passed under the thermal printheads of your in-house printer (e.g., Zebra printers). Thermal transfer printing uses ribbons (which we supply) to produce images on a variety of media.
Free deliveries
We deliver all orders free of charge within a 100-mile radius of Gainesville, Georgia. Free deliveries outside of that radius can be made with large and/or frequent orders.
Floor stocking and inventory management
We can stock surplus volumes in our warehouse – free of charge – until you need the labels for production. We can also help track your label inventory, either remotely, or through facility visits, so that you can free up your labor for other production needs.
Free graphic design and proof layouts with all orders
Our graphic designers can help you with your graphics and layout, free of charge with all label orders, to ensure your labels are aesthetically pleasing, informative, and accurate to your brand’s color scheme.
Our Products
The variety of stocks we offer includes direct thermal, thermal transfer, foil, fluorescent, durable & waterproof synthetics, glass, matte and card stock. These are available in a wide range of colors and finishes. RFID labels are also available upon request. We use only environmentally friendly, water-based inks in our facility. These inks all meet FDA guidelines for the food industry. As with the topcoats on our paper, there are many different adhesives also available. The type used will be determined by the application of your product.
